This year for the first time, LMU’s main building will host an interdisciplinary Global Health Day under the joint patronage of Professor Francesca Biagini, Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity, and the European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH). On the day in question, anyone who is interested is invited to join us on a fascinating journey through the multisectoral and multidimensional world of global health – from the individual cell to social, philosophical and structural issues.
The event will explore the wealth of topics, challenges and solutions that make up the discipline of global health. The organizers’ vision is to broaden horizons, converge perspectives and learn from and with each other. The overriding goal is to give all faculties a chance to showcase their varied range of key expertise in global health.
